Commencing in September 2012 this two year Programme represents a fantastic opportunity to advance your career in hospitality management whilst working for an award winning, industry leading company.

You should be ambitious, highly motivated and passionate about a career in hospitality. In addition you will need to be willing to learn, possess a positive attitude and be committed to providing inspirational service to every guest.

The programme itself is divided into four six monthly placements.  During your 1st year you will develop integral knowledge and skills in all operational service areas, and excel in the delivery of service methods and techniques.  As you move into your second year as hospitality professionals you will learn supervisory and junior management skills drawing on your operational expertise to excel, as built around core business values and performance measures.  Areas that you would receive cross training within include: Housekeeping, Reservations, Reception, Concierge, Room Service, Bar, Kitchen, Restaurant and Events.

In the first year you will complete two six monthly placements in the Food & Beverage and Rooms divisions, in two different hotels, and then in the second year you will have the opportunity to further develop your skills and management style performing two supervisory roles.

Throughout the two years you will be provided with extensive training and the ability to partake in externally recognised qualifications including the Wine and Spirits Educational Trust Intermediate Certificate.
